The Site Finder module provides configurable data to potential customers collated into information that enables buyers to make a decision about the viability of a location. This can be customised according to your business requirements and current available data.

Customers can search by Radius using a nominal – Easting / Northing / Latitude / Longitude and/or Region or drill down via an integrated Map-based search. In addition a ‘shopping cart’ is available so users can select multiple sites or upload a list of nominals as required.

The Site Finder tool will supply an integrated map search facility to allow searches by potential sharers in the first instance. It also tracks what searches were made by which user, allowing pro-active marketing messages to be sent to potential sharers or targeted follow up calling.

The external customer site finder module uses a separate database for site searching and integrates into the main site-share.com workflow rollout/share process system. This provides the facility to partition what sites should be available for sharing by customers, and not reveal your rollout site plans from the main site-share.com process management system.

eQuicklooks can be generated by users when they are interested in the sharing potential of a site, this generates a workflow request to a regional/circle owner of the site to find out the potential sharing capability (workflow rules are defined when sites are loaded into the system). This ensures resources on finding site sharing capability are only allocated on a customer demand generated basis. An SLA can be allocated against an eQuicklook providing the assurance to a customer of a response time and allowing the management to view these response times.
